Bowling For Soup - The Great Burrito

Tidak disangka-sangka, ternyata band pop punk asal Texas, Amerika Serikat yang terbentuk tahun 1994 ini akan merilis album ketujuhnya yang bertitel “The Breat Burrito Extortion Case”. Well, judul-judul album band ini memang unik dan lucu, malah semestinya album ini hendak diberi judul “All My Rowdy Friends Are Still Intoxicated“ atau “We’re Not Fat, We Just Have Small Heads.” Mungkin ini terinspirasi dari sosok sang drummer-nya yang super gemuk itu.

Album ini sudah dirilis di Amerika tanggal 7 November 2006 lalu lewat label Jive Records. Yang eksklusif, album ini akan dirilis di Indonesia lewat label SonyBMG, dan Indonesia adalah satu-satunya negara untuk pangsa pasar Asia!

Jadwal rilisnya sendiri dalam bulan Januari 2007. Single pertamanya yang bertajuk “High School Never Ends” memang sangat asyik! Single ke-2 bertajuk “When We Die,” sebuah single slow tempo rock ballad yang hampir mirip “Perfect” nya Simple Plan. Memang lumayan asyik karena sangat berbeda dengan single pertamanya! Jadi, bagi Anda para fans Bowling For Soup, siapkan uang untuk membeli albumnya mulai dari sekarang!
