Cewek berusia 20 tahun asal North Carolina ini udah ga asing lagi buat kamu-kamu yang doyan banget ama acara American Idol. Yah, Kellie Pickler adalah finalis American Idol season 5, dan hanya bisa bertahan sampai babak 6 besar.

Walau ga jadi juara di ajang American Idol 5 kemarin, Kellie Pickler tetap bisa ngedapetin tawaran rekaman. "Saya seperti mimpi, ini adalah mimpi saya sejak lama dan sepertinya sekarang semua akan menjadi kenyataan," demikian ungkap Pickler seperti yang dirilis oleh Sony BMG, perusahaan induk yang menaungi BNA Records.

Album Kellie Pickler yang berjudul "Small Town Girl" berhasil menduduki no. 1 Billboard Country charts lewat single nya 'Red High Heels'.
